• Qualification: Any Degree (Agriculture background preferred)
• Experience: 1 – 4 years (Telecalling / Inside Sales / Dealer Management / Lead Management preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Online Marketing Sales Coordinator to handle incoming customer calls generated through our digital marketing campaigns, manage the complete lead lifecycle from enquiry to dispatch, and handle dealer appointment and coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to all inbound calls/enquiries generated from digital ads
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements (product, quantity, location)
• Ability to convert leads into customers and secure orders
• Maintain and update a daily lead tracker / CRM with call status and follow-up notes
• Follow up consistently with leads until conversion or closure
• Handle dealer onboarding for dealers sourced through inbound digital leads/enquiries - identifying, appointing, and finalizing
• Conduct pricing, terms, and order-quantity confirmation for all dealers (field-sourced and digital-sourced)
• Maintain transactional coordination (orders, pricing, dispatch, payments) with existing dealers across all sourcing channels
• Guide customers/dealers through the ordering process - pricing, payment terms, and confirmation
• Coordinate with the factory/production team for order processing and dispatch scheduling
• Track order status and keep customers/dealers updated until delivery
• Follow up on payment collection and share daily/weekly reports with management
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with all callers, customers, and dealers

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in Tamil (English working knowledge)
• Strong negotiation skills for dealer appointment and deal closure
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a high volume of calls daily
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business)
• Good coordination and multitasking ability
• Basic understanding of organic manure/bio-fertilizer products (or willingness to learn)

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead management or dealer/distributor management
• Experience in agri-input, FMCG, or similar B2C/B2B calling roles
• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools
